If you have won scholarship money which is in trust with London and District Ten Pin Bowling Association and are ready to use it you may use this form to apply for this money. Please fill out this form and email a copy of a receipt or quote from the educational institution at least 30 days before the funds are needed. Scholarship money MUST be used within 5 YEARS of high school graduation.
